We visited North Wood Inn in Covina for my father in laws birthday. The food was as it always is good and pricey. However on this evening we were charged for items that we did not receive. Ben our mediocre waiter disputes the fact that we had twelve people at our table. He is claiming there were fourteen. Cheryl was involved as owner/manager and considers the situation closed due to the fact she sent us a $25.00 gift card. The bill error was about $33.00. There was no note or apology for the error. Cheryl did call me a liar because of Ben’s statement to her. Customer service is extremely lacking quality. We and our family have been regular patrons of North Woods Inn Covina for over 40 years.
