Very cool place. Everything is so fresh and delicious. Menu seems nice and even though it is a smaller restaurant there is plenty of tables for people to sit. I likes that there is no TV and the music is actually Chinese music. How’s that for a change? I liked it better than House of Louie

We wanted to try a lot of the menu so we ordered family style. We started with the dim sum combination. It was some of the best dim sum we’ve had. Especially the shrimp balls. We also ordered ma po tofu, beef chow fun, orange chicken, and beef w/ green beans. The tofu was everyone’s favorite but the chow fun was a close second. Orange chicken was good but a bit sweet

OMG. HOUSE OF BENNY i cant even begin to describe how amazing the food is. The owner Benny is always there he is so friendly and he helped us choose our dinner and everything we ordered was awesome. this restaurant was small but unforgettable its a cute place to go on a date and not too expensive. I went with three people and it came our to 34 bucks for all of us together.

Delicious Chinese Food at House of Benny!. YUM! I came here on a busy evening and was seated promptly. The staff is friendly and attentive (not what you usually get at a Chinese restaurant). And the food…wow, I must say that it exceeded my expectations. Our server recommended the egg foo young. I’m a Chinese-American who grew up in L.A. and never knew what egg foo young is. I’m so glad I tried it! It was the best dish we ordered (I’ve uploaded a photo–check it out). We also got the shrimp with white sauce, which is basically like the traditional Chinese dish, shrimp with walnuts, but without the walnuts. That was really good, too. The Hong Kong style beef was savory but a little on the sweet side for me. Don’t leave this place without trying their sesame balls–the kind you get at dim sum (sesame-coated deep fried mochi with red bean paste filling). They’re made to order, so they come out nice and hot. Mmmm, so good!
