On Friday, June 2, we ordered the lobster and steak dinner. The waiter returns after a minute to ask if things were okay. We hadnt tried the lobster yet, but the steak and potatoes were good. We tried a bite of the lobster. It was really tough with a weird taste. We explained to the waiter that the quality of the lobster was unacceptable. He then brought the manager over to the table. The manager (an older woman) said we waited too long to complain and refused to replace the lobster. She didn’t even bother to look at the lobster. Her response was to accuse us of intentionally trying to get a free meal from the beginning! They threatened to call the police, so I insisted that they do. We paid for the meal because we didn’t want a conflict. I told them I would put this on social media and left. It was humiliating. This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Don’t complain about the quality of the food or prepare to be threatened and your character put into question.
Great Food. Thick porterhouse, great quality and a lot of food for the money. If they put some money into indoor renovations, this place would make a killing. I recommend.
