One of our favorite LA chains. The pizza crust is thin, the salads great, and I recently discovered their hibiscus tea! The chopped salad is my favorite, but the farmers market plate is a fun dish too – especially to share. My favorite pizzas are the big sur with bay shrimp, lemon, and chili flake and the burrata pie with the creamy cheese, arugula, and hazelnuts. The sausage and meat pies are popular in our group as well. Save room for dessert – homemade chocolate chip cookie with soft serve vanilla ice cream and your choice of chocolate and/or caramel sauce and salt, crushed hazelnuts, and one other(can’t remember). I highly recommend getting both sauces and each of the toppings on the side and experimenting. The place is family friendly, so you will find kids some weekend evenings and occasionally the music is a little loud but nothing crazy. lucismorsels.com
