A value. I always try to consider my rating of a restaurant based on the type of place it is. I have higher standards for a high end restaurant with a star chef than I do for fast food place. That said, I like China Buffet. There is nothing special about this place. None of the food will be a revelation to you. It’s just good hearty Chinese steam table buffet food. And cheap! Seniors can get out of here for just over $5. Not bad. They even have a Mongolian BBQ station so you can get that freshly prepared. The selection is vast and the 3 dining rooms are usually pretty full.Like any of these buffets it’s a matter of picking and choosing. Expecting high end sushi or prime cuts of meat is only setting you up for disappointment.
