Excellent Pizza and Calzones, although its 9, they’re open another half an hour yet all their chairs are already turned up on the tables and they’re blaring the crappiest south of the border tunes, really indicating that they don’t want to serve anybody else tonight. But this place has never been known for its service.
Good. I used to order TCP all the time when I was working and staying in Placentia. There pizza isnt the best ever but it is good and there wings and cheese bread are very good also.
Get the thin crust – and go at night!. The thin crust is the best. I would definitely reccomend getting the basil & oregano topping with garlic. So freshl! Perfect for autumn! Likewise if you get the spinach topping (we went half & half, toppings-wise), it is very flavourful. The thin crust is soft, but at the same time crisp. A very nice texture. Just enough cheese, too! They serve it up pipping hot. Next time I want to try the red onion topping! Go at night, though. We went for lunch around 11:30am and it was completely empty. However previously when I stopped in for a menu around 8pm, it was cozy and warm & the whole place smelled like herbs. Kinda busy but not too bad. The only downfall is that the tvs are old and they just show sports. Or at least, when I was there. Wish it could be a more authentic pizzeria, at least with Italian music for ambiance!
