Over priced and average food. Service wasn’t that great either. Servers running around like chickens without a head. Not impressed. Food tastes bland. With all the servers running around. I honestly though they forgot about us. We were seated before another party and got served after them. Nothing special about this place.

After a trip to Cancun I was feigning for Mexican food and decided to go here, was truly pleased. I had chicken flauntas and they were great! The service was awesome and quick as well. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for good Mexican food, you will not be disappointed!!

Came here for my 21st birthday and I was not disappointed at all. The staff was friendly and more than happy to help me get my 21st birthday drink and frankly, one of the best drinks I’ve ever had.The staff’s enthusiasm made the birthday pretty memorable.

This really used to be the home of some of the most authentic mexican food in the east bay after a remodeling and fancy upgrades their food has gone downhill and poor management has led to lack of quality and taste in their food is evident and been a recurring theme in my last 4 visits over the last year. Will not go again.

Eat at your own risk!! Rude waiters get coddled and defended by poor management and the food has failed again and again. Too bad. Albertos Cantina is now my first choice. The food is great and staff attentive. Albertos is not stingy on tequila in margaritas either 🙂

All I have to say about Casa is well it sucks now. The food is nowhere near as good as it used to be and to make it worse, the prices are higher. Way to handle buisness Jesus, must be why mom and dad pulled you out and put you in Livermore for a while. Anyway, if you like paying high prices for mediocre Mexican food, then this place is for you. Otherwise you honestly can go to El Balazo or Los Pericos and get the same stuff for cheaper, and in my opinion, some of it is better than casa, depending what you get. Dissapointingly I have to Casa two big thumbs down, which is more than I would give Jesus.18 Nov, 2009All I have to say about Casa is well it sucks. ONCE THE BEST IN THE EAST BAY IS NOW VERY BAD! :(. WHY DID YOU HAVE TO GO AND REMODEL? i liked you just the way you were and you liked me better than you do now!well i headed on over to my parents tonight and we called in our to go order. we mentioned that we were in the book of shame but they didn’t have it on record. we described what it was and what had happened and they sill agreed to honor it. it had been over 5 months since the book of shame incident. well we got out 2 extra items for free along with our normal order but looks like we may be back in the book of shame. this time around they forgot the chicken in the enchilada suizas. this is the second time in a row my mom has been screwed. she called just so they could know what had happened and didn’t want to be in their book of shame but the manager insisted it would be there the next time we ordered. even though we have had some rough times as of late it’s still a really great place for mexican in the tri valley. let’s just hope this is the last time we’ll ever be in the book of shame again.i just really hope they can get back to the a number one service and food quality because i really love casa orozco and i want they to always be my #1 place for great mexican. i do have to admit i have started going to mexxi’s over in san ramon and they are giving casa orozco some darn good competition. i just had the best burrito in so long or maybe even my entire life at mexxi’s and i will be torn on where i return next.
