Bad service and menu is deceptive.Ordered Queso And Chips for starters. This never came. The server came with the main course after a long wait and offered it free. By then the main course was there so we declined the Queso chips.Ordered Sticky Ribs with plum sauce. Ordered Kung Pao shrimp. Menu says it comes with water chestnuts and peanuts. No peanuts. No condiments. Saw another server going with soy sauce bottles to another table. Had to request him to get us some. Our server did not bother to get us the condiments. The ribs were sauteed fried crisp. Fine, new twist to ribs. But could not find the sauce, as it was just dabbed on the ribs. Had to ask for regular BBQ sauce. Dry ribs. Don’t expect traditional ribs. Also hardly any meat on them. Try ribs elsewhere. It was our first time, but surely the last time. It’s all show with no real management and for reliable food, we should have gone to Stanford’s or Cheese Cake factory.Avoid this place.
Loved the ambience. If u try to go on peak hours be ready for some waiting time. After 30 mins of wait we got a table, steward gave us all menu details and we directly went for Tex mex, Cajun fries and Bahamas chicken along with wine and tequila cocktail. All d food was well served and too much for 2 of us. Will definitely come back to try others menu items. Vfm is descent. And we were not provide cutlery and napkin even after the food arrived and had to ask for it, so have deducted .5.
The service was very good…attentive but not intrusive. One of our party spilled his beer, our waitperson replaced it at no charge. The small plates turkey meatballs and roasted brussel sprouts w/lemon, garlic and cheese are must haves. They also have good coffee. We went around 5:00 PM on a Sunday and had no problems getting seated. We would return.
