This restaurant specializes in the popular Taiwanese dish pork chop over minced pork rice. Their pork chop has very authentic flavors and is more lightly fried than other places that often tend to heavily bread the pork chop. In terms of cost, it is somewhat more expensive than other restaurants who offer same item on their menu. But per the opinion of some of my Taiwanese friends, this is the pork chop rice they can get without having to fly to Taiwan. Also comes with a free small drink (sweetened Jasmine tea) which is even better than the one at Tapioca Express). goodeatsinoc.blogspot.com
