This place has the best food. However, the Customer Service is the absolute worst. The employees are like robots!!! The owners are at the register and are the worst in customer service. But, the food is wonderful. If you careless about the way you are treated; this is the place to go for amazing Chinese food. Fresh and inexpensive. Just be ready to act just as rude as them.
These dishes were recommended to us by the waiter: spinach with garlic sauce, salt pepper ribs & bo luc lac… And they didnt disappoint. We did ask for no-added msg in our order. Truly enjoyed our food. Service was a bit lack. Hard to get waiter’s attention, but we understand, it’s a busy chinese restaurant, you dont really expect great service. It helps if you speak their language. Parking was relatively easy on Thurs night. The restaurant is few shops away from Ranch market ( big asian grocery store).

Good food…but. When you go to Sam Woo be sure that you don’t eat in the fancy part…it will cost you a lot more. Sam Woo has 3 parts, to go, sit down (cheap), and sit down (expensive)…the cheap side is the same food for less than the other side. Be sure to have cash when you come, they only accept cash. Be sure to get Wor Wonton Soup!
