The previous owners of Yusan have come back to bring us Taki Sushi. While I never was able to experience Yusan, the original creators of the California Roll, I was quite impressed by sushi: large, super fresh, melt-in-your-mouth pieces of fish. YUM! On the negative side, the waitress sucks.
