Just okay. My family is gluten free, so we were excited to find a supposedly good Italian place that serves GF pasta in town. I wasn’t very impressed by the noodles though. I was expecting softer rice noodle. What I was served was more grainy in texture. My wife is vegetarian and decided to have a Paesano’s Insalata. It was too small to make a meal, so she wasn’t very happy. At the price you pay for a full/large salad, you’d expect to get more. Its not like the veggies cost that much for them.
Great service and the Bruschetta was very good. The Stromboli would have been the best I ever had if it had not been burnt on the bottom. The Modena pasta was very good.
