One of my regular count on it places. I go often with friends and with family to this restaurant. Have begun to know the regular staff and by the time I am seated, the sushi chef has usually made my Shiro Maguro nigiri with a touch of garlic, and it glistens with freshness every time. You can look at raw fish and see whether it is fresh or not by how the light reflects off the surface. The staff usually anticipates our needs and seem to show up as needed.I am glad to have this restaurant so close to my home.
