Went there and had a Philadelphia Roll, Rainbow Roll, Dallas Roll, Caterpillar Roll, Miso Soup, Beef Teriyaki Yakisoba, Octopus Sushi, and Mochi ice cream thingies and I have to say that everything was excellent. The sushi maker Kevin was awesome. Excellent service and good sushi. Will definately come back again and recomend it to friends.
Portions were small, rice was hard and not sticky. The fish was well prepared but overall I was not impressed
My family goes there so much, the owner knows us! We love this place… from the ambiance to the service to the food. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone. I love their beef teriyake and golden star roll.
Yummy sushi. So glad Escondido as an attractive Japanese option! They are very kind and flexible. They even managed to whip up my favorite Hawaiian dish with a drop of the word poki!
Best Sushi in Escondido. I eat lot of sushi for many years. I never thought in Escondido could have a nice and tasty restaurant. This restaurant has the best fish quality. Like other restaurant where they have 50%off, compare it with this. You will know the big difference. I highly recommend the Volcanic Lobster Roll. or Flamming Hayashi.
