Eggplant Parm. I disagree with other reviewer! The eggplant I had was the best I’ve ever had, hot fresh not greasy or soggy and the sauce was fantastic. No it’s not a five star restaurant but it feels like it’s suppose to a small family run good home cooking facility. If you want snobby pretense this is not for you. It’s old fashioned home cooking. Some things on the menu are better than other and one of the best is the eggplant parm! This is an Esco institution and a good feeling rest. I love the feeling there but I love old fashioned Italian families so I’m in heaven.

A tad disappointing. Joe’s boasts a small, cozy ambience and friendly staff, but the food was disappointing. If you like the Old Spaghetti factory then you’ll like this restaurant. If your pallet prefers something a little more upscale like Capri Blu in 4S, then you will be disappointed. I ordered the eggplant parmesan and it was unimpressive.

Such good food! Tirimisu is a MUST! Had the penne carbonara, it is unsurpassed. Super delicious, worth the wait & cute, kitchy ambiance. Just go.

Ambiance is perfect. Food is typical Italian. Worth the wait. For food set in a romantic little corner GO to Joe’s.

Great pasta pomodoro and penne. Good, friendly service.

The perfect local hole in the wall. Joe has been in the kitchen every night for 29 years and it shows! The pasta literally melts in your mouth and the twist on tiramisu to die for!
