Authentic. When you walk in to this restaurant, you know that you’re in a family owned business, and not a chain. The food is very authentic. One thing that impressed me is that the food had good flavor on it’s own, and was not overly salted, as is the case with many restaurants today. One thing that did not impress me was that the service could have been better. There were three bus boys but only two waitresses. They were doing their best, but it was not enough for the size of the restaurant and the amount of patrons who were there.
