Overall good BBQ , pulled pork and brisket are seasoned well, not smokey- but I like a lot of smoke and deep pink smoke ring. BBQ sauce was very good – Sweet had just a hint of spice. The spivey hot – was just that, and delicious.
Well it’s not horrible. Just seems that the meat is rather wet and not too smoky. In fact the brisket probably didn’t see smoke. Potato salad was really good. All was tender. When you finish on a grill usually means reheat.
It was a pretty good restaurant. The food was good. I ordered to go and they were very helpful and patient over the phone. The workers were very friendly. I’d definitely go back. It’s worth a shot if you like BBQ.
