I eat ph at least 2-3 times every week solely because of this place. I have been to at least 20+ ph resteraunts in the last 6 months due to the fact that I Travel to the bay area multiple times a week and no place compared to this one. Now granted no vietmnese restaurant EVER has great service(water never gets refilled) but this place has the BEST ph I have ever had. I consider myself lucky to live 5 min away. I alway get the #38 with no cilantro. GET IT!!! you won’t be disappointed.**Update** Since i made this review the service here has improved substantially. Drink refills are no longer an issue and the food is still amazing. Love it!!!
