Have enjoyed Casa Ramos for years mainly at the placerville location. It is good to see consistency in the food between restaurants. Always good, flavorful. Nothing is bland here.
I used to go to Casa Ramos when they were at Birdcage and enjoyed it so I just had to try this location. We went with another couple for dinner who LOVE this place. When my food arrived, I noticed how large the plates were. Gigantic servings of tasty food. My wife and i took enough of our dinner home, that we had a delicious lunch the next day. The serving staff is above average as well.
