Not very good service. We also thought the pizza was average.
Great!. Great place to take friends and family. I haven’t had anything I didnt like and I love how cheap it is!!
Great Pizza, Great Atmosphere. I see in many of the reviews that there was a fairly long wait – on a Thursday evening, no wait, great staff, attentive yet unobtrusive service, excellent pizza. Traditional thin crust, with chicken added is light, tasty, and addictive. Their new location in Folsom lacks the atmosphere, but the pizza is equally delicious. Can’t wait to go back!
I’m from Pgh PA doing business in the area and everyone says to come here. It’s a Monday night around 7:00. Little wait, friendly waits, BUT about 25 min. into waiting for my deep dish ( which was supposed to take 35 min) the waitress tells me my order wasn’t started. It would be put on rush, but would still take 25 min. Ugh I’m starving. But they comped my meal and were very good about everything. Would come back because of how they handled the situation
Awesome!. Good service. Good pizza! Have been back and will continue to go back!
Love the Stuffed Pie. We absolutely love this pizza, and have so for many years. You eat until you can ‘t eat any more, then when you get home you eat another slice.
Chicago fire, located in the small city (big city if you’re from the area) of Folsom (yes, that Folsom) almost seems like a place you might find in a big, chic city. With hour long waits, and a tiny bar and not much room to wait, perhaps you can enjoy the rest of the town outdoors, while growing even more hungry. Being a New Yorker I may be a bit more impatient but, at least the bartender kept me occupied while waiting. The thin crust pizza, while hot and flavorful, crispy and great… could be had at any number of spots where I’m from… maybe even the freezer section of a grocery store… okay, maybe not quite, but I certainly wouldn’t rave about it. It was just okay… at these wait times I wouldn’t rush back. This isn’t to say I’d never return, it was good… not great, and not the same as New York… or even Chicago for that matter. What it is, close to being is an UNO Chicago Grill chain, with fewer options. The stuffed Pizza isn’t any better; it’s worse. The service was slow and not the most attentive either. I have a positive rating although my outlook kind of negative for Chicago Fire.
