We used a coupon out of the Entertainment book. I was disappointed it was only good on ala carte items. Our food was very good and arrived quickly. I was amazed how many of their customers they knew by name. Obviously they have a dedicated customer base.
Consistantly Great Food. Emperor’s Garden is my go to place, and has been for over 5 years. I have tried just about everything on the menu and never had a bad meal.The staff is pleasant and engaged. It is not uncommon for them to greet returning customers by name.

Great tastes! Try there sesame beef, generals chicken, honey walnut prawns and house special chow mein. Best deal is there lunch plate specials; large portions for the money. And staff always cheerful!
Good Value. Good food at a reasonable price. I always order the combination dinners… for $8 to $9 you get a fried wonton, egg roll, wonton soup, chicken chow mein, pork fried rice, and a main course. They even give the soup for to go orders. I think they have the best General’s Chicken in Folsom. The Mongolian Beef is great too!
Fabulous lunch specials and personable staff. Great place to grab a meal at night before catching a movie next door. Don’t forget to order the sesame chicken.
