This place might be the best Chinese restaurant in Folsom and El Dorado Hills. The portions are generous and prices are fair. Their Wor-wonton soup is really good with tons of ingredients. I also love their chicken with Chinese greens, Chinese mushroom chicken and fried rice. Their lunch menu is reasonably priced. And their service is attentive and great!! Well worth the trip to Old Folsom and enjoy Hop Sing Palace!!
I truly love this place. I have lived in Folsom for five (5) years and eat here at least once a week. They have a dinner special for $10.95 that includes a glass of wine. Unbeatable!!!! The host, Bill, is well-versed in people pleasing and always has a charming word to say to me when he sees me come in, either by myself, or with friends. He calls me Royalty and Neighbor. He always tells me to take my time and seats me at a large booth, even if it is just me. I love the food and the ambiance is old Chinese and art deco, combined in a pleasing way for dining. Even if you don’t live in Folsom, it’s worth the drive to dine here. XXOO.
