The food was ok I would say average but the portions are no where near what you pay for me and the family left …well still hungry. Now as far as me and the family going back to Jacks It’s highly doubtful to say the least.
It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t go back. My little one liked the chicken strips. I ordered the steak sandwich- the meat was tough and the balsamic mushrooms were too strong. My better half ordered the chicken club and commented that the Wendy’s chicken club was better. We planned on sharing the urban fries but sent them back after we were told we were getting another table’s order with extra blue cheese. Much to our surprise, it wasn’t blue cheese crumbles but blue cheese dressing. Plain fries were good but not special in any way.
I had the classic jack tri tip sandwich and it was excellent. The tri tip was cooked medium well. I found that the mayo, honey mustard, caramelized onion and lettuce melded well with the grilled sourdough roll. While the sandwich was good, the urban fries were a real treat and worth the calories. The fries were perfectly cooked and extremely crispy without being greasy. The chili oil really set off the gorgonzola cheese fry combination delivering a creamy, crispy, salty and spicy adventure.
Love it! Salads aren’t cheap, yes, but they are huge! Get half a salad if you’re budget conscious. I love the jacks classic turkey. And the sweet potato fries are awesome (when not stale). Downsides: busy and loud at lunch times, and freezing inside in summer (I always have to grab a sweater).
Good restraunt quality food at the speed of fast food. great salads and i hate salads usually. good selection to choose from. tri tip sandwich and garlic fries are the best!!!
Healthy?. Good for a quick salad, not for friendly staff.
This is always my fav go to place when I’m unsure what to eat. Great sandwiches and salads. Love the garlic fries!!!!
