Marsala!. The veal scalopini was the best I’ve had. The side of pasta was verymundane. The sauce was not so good. The place is fun, tho’. Nice family atmosphere.

Authentic Italian Cuisine Sacramento Area – Folsom. Excellent Lunch – love the meatball sandwich, Dinner – is incredible as well – bruchetta, chicken parmigianno!Visconti’s chefs and founders have delighted guests and gourmands from around the Sacramento area with the vibrant flavors of Italian cuisine and an absolute devotion to exemplary service. It’s no wonder that Visconti’s has been voted the #1 Italian restaurant in Folsom for decades by locals! Visconti’s reflects the infectious enthusiasm and joy the Visconti’s take in bringing the Italian tradition of fine food and hospitality to your table. Simple, straight forward, wholesome and always fresh – it’s the Visconti’s tradition. From day one, we as guests received close personal attention, from the friendly greeting at the door to the great care taken at the table to ensure absolute comfort and pleasure. That same spirit has never faltered, and explains why Visconti’s patrons are among the most devoted and outspoken about their memories of and relationship with the restaurant Visconti Family. We are always remembered and feel like family and love this restaurant – we would drive 30 miles anytime to come to this restaurant to get real Italian cuisine!

UhhhhhMAZING!!!. I really don’t see why people are complaining! This was my 1st time going to VIsconti’s (During Lunch) and it was incredible! Our server was fast, efficient, funny a,d truly cnnected with the other customers around us.The food was delicious! I ordered Ravioli with Alfredo, my 2 sisters ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and the kids Spaghetti with a ginormous meatball. We all loved our plates! We each took some from each other. The garlic bread was mind blowing. The cheesecake to top off the entire meal was amazing! It’s obviously home made which made it ten times better! Then the owner…. wow. He’s the nicest man we’ve ever met. He spoke very much with our younger sister and was very very very easy to speak to. Very caring and respectful. He made 2 rounds to each table where people were sitting.Overall Performance= A+!And for everyone who doesn’t like Visconti’s (wow how can you?!), it’s not the Olive Garden… it’s REAL Italian food! The Olive Garden is a fake American Franchise! Visconti’s delivers real service, real food, and great service. DEFINITELY RECCOMEND!!!

This was our second time here. Had the calamari which was not very good. Also had the fettechine with Alfredo. The sauce tasted like broccoli or something weird. We split the plate and I Barely ate half my plate. Very dissapointing. Our waiter was nice enough but seemed a little annoyed with us and definitely not thankful our group of 10 showed up before dinner rush. There are too many good choices to eat to put up with food that is not even close to my wife’s cooking. Kids had the spaghetti with meatball. It was ok but again nothing like my wife’s so just not worth paying for.

Good. Staff is friendly and efficient, food is very good – except fried ravioli; tasted like some crappy freezer food. HUGE disappointment. Pizza is great – their regular crust has a nice thick outer rim, not too thick interior, and is wonderful. (Try jalapeno and ground beef – trust me.) Friends have had things other than pizza and all loved what the got. Oh, fried calamari app is wonderful!!

This is excellent Italian food. It’s fresh and authentic. The owner is friendly and will stop by to say Hi and see how you are doing. The wait staff is helpful and the restaurant’s decor is perfect. I love the garlic bread and calzone. My wife loves the brushetta.

Compared to other reviews I had a much different experience at visconti’s. The server was rarely seen, the water guy was extremely rude getting water all over my friend’s phone. I ordered the tortellini and it was discusting, I will never come here again.
