There’s better and way more authentic food at 24hr places like El Gallo Giro. Maybe the portion sizes are not as obesity-givingly large, but the food has wayyyy better flavor. The adobada is actually quite good but still it was insanely greasy, as with everything else.

Getting pricy. This use to be a great hang out, but i noticed their price has gone up with their popularity in the asian community. I havent ate here for awhile,but their adobada are still good.
Thumbs Up for this hole in the wall. Doesn’t get anymore authentic than this place. Personal favorites are the carne asada burrito or carnitas plate. Their breakfast burrito is also very filling in the morning. You will never go to Taco Hell again.
Burrito with french fries in it!. When I first moved to California the first place my friends here took me was to Alertos to get a California Burrito.I was thinking it’d be all hippied out with sprouts and crap like that and instead came steak burrito with frenhci fries inside.Hell yeah!I get mine with sour cream inside. Try it out. You know it’s good when the real mexicans are eating there too!
