I’ve always had courteous service at the Tower Bobby Salazar’s. When you order the food, you are face to face with the food preparers, and even on a busy Friday night, they will help you with your order. Like any chain type restaurant, the cooking and service changes just by the particular staff that happens to work that day. They don’t work 7 days a week, so if you get the service you like on a certain day, try to go on that day of the week, and the same people will generally be there.
