To Hell With The Diet. I hadn’t been to the Chicken Man since 1995 when I had some health problems and the doctor put me on a low fat, no fried foods, etc. diet. I have followed the diet religiously and am now in a position where all of my lab tests are better than normal. I still shy away from fried foods but that doesn’t stop me from thinking about it.For the past two weeks I’ve been thinking of Chicken Man’s fried chicken. I remember it as the best fried chicken in Fresno. I decided to see if it was still the best fried chicken in Fresno. I was not disappointed… it taste exactly the same as it did back in 1995. Now the problem is going to be limiting my return visits.
