Great restaurant that 'evolved' from a 'food truck' adventure by it's two owners....husband and wife. Healthy menu....produce/meat etc. from local farmers etc. Amazing tastes....unpretentious place but a 'find' in poor old stuffy Fresno. Fresno is sooo in need of a restaurant such as this. Hours are limited as they are still running their truck which is not an easy thing to do when dealing with the City of Fresno that still hasn't caught up to the rest of the world when it comes to encouraging the food truck culture.
