Worse customer service ever! I had been going to this place for years to order there tres leches cake. I was standing in line waiting to order this young girl who obviously doesnt know what shes doing has the nerve to tell me that i had to wait till she was done with all the customers in line behind before she could take my order. I just cant believe the ignorant people they hire. That place blows.. Not the same at all… EL RANCHITO SUCKS!
Bad, Rude, custermer service EVER!!!. The worst customer service I’ve ever had was the one time I was at El Ranchito Bakery!!! I get there and there was about five people ahead of me. So what do I do is wait my turn patiently, as I am next to order my food the BOY taking orders says he is closed!!! That he had things to do!!! Really, don’t we all! This is your job.. I continue to tell him why didn’t he say anything to let the remaining customers that they were no longer going to serve! That is the first time ever that you have customers standing in line for 15mins then turn them away!!! I was a regular here at El Ranchito bakery.. Never will I go back there….
