This hole-in-the-wall establishment has been one of Fresno’s best kept secrets for years. Food is fast, fresh, cheap, and delicious. The prices are low and portion sizes are very generous. Flower City is a Figarden area fixture and is not likely to be going anywhere. I have eaten at and been disappointed by many other Fresno area Chinese restaurants. Flower City is by far the most delicious and dependable. A must try!
