Best Around!. I am extremely picky about my sweets because I don’t eat them often. When I let myself indulge, it must be at this place! I have never had anything short of perfection from Frosted. The cakes are always moist, the frosting is so smooth and creamy, it melts in your mouth. There is a perfect balance of cake and frosting. They have such unique flavors and go above and beyond with every one. You must try these cupcakes.
