In spite of the language barrier, their food is authentic and delicious! They have the BEST Vietnamese sandwiches in town. The bread literally melts in your mouth. Everything Ive had here is excellent! You MUST try it for yourself.
New in town. The food we had here was okay, it’s wasn’t anything impressive or wowing!! I had the grilled pork vermicelli salad, the pork didn’t look or taste like it was grilled and it looked like processed meat rolls, the sauce for the salad was a bit on the bland side. My kids had the grilled chicken with rice, the chicken didn’t looked grilled either, more so deep fried?? The dish was very oily. My husband had the Pho, and it was probably the best dish on our table, but for the price we paid for the Pho here, I’d expected the Pho to be top notch and spot on. We did order some Bahn Mi to go, and we really did like the sandwiches. Probably one of the best we had here in Fresno so far. However, we’re still looking for a good Pho and Banh Mi place. We relocated here from the East Coast and have had wonderful experiences with Vietnamese cuisine there, we’ve yet found one here. Any suggestions??? Thumbs up bc of the sandwiches.
Not a lot on menu. They’re always out of stuff. Service sucks. Don’t bother making changes to dishes. The cooks don’t speak English and don’t communicate well with the servers. Cooks refuse to make adjustments to dishes. I asked to replace pork with chicken in my dish and the server came back saying the cook couldn’t do it. Even the server was confused as to why it couldn’t be accomplished. Servings are small too and flavor is bland.
