I’ll be completely honest, I came here for the fries. Specifically the Urban Fries, and I am soooo glad I did. They were super crispy, and the combination of the chili oil, chili flakes, and bleu cheese is simply genius. The heat is really mellowed by the cheese and I’m counting down the days until I can come back to Fresno and have another plate. And I won’t be sharing it next time. This is a nice location as well. The decor is modern and clean and the staff were super friendly. (When they found out my son’s name is Jack they played around like he owned the place. )
