I ordered one large pizza at 4:49 I was told it would be 45 min to an hour. When the hour past I called back at 6:47 very upset wanting to talk to a manager. I was put on hold 3 times & finally I was able to explain what was going on to a manager shauna she ask for my # to tell me they didnt have me in their system for a delivery. I said how is that when I have you in my phone 3 I called each time I was told the driver was on his way she tells me I was never on their system. This is very poor customer service I always order dine in and dine out due to the convenience of being close to my job at night. Please have better customer service
We always order from here but it gets worse and worse everytime. This time it tasted stale as well as mildewy with a hint of Roach spray. I’m done with this place. Never again will I order here. Disgusting.
The man that took my order hardly spoke or understood english. I had to repeat my phone number about 5 times. I have ordered multiple times from this location & our address should be on file, & even though I verbally gave him my address 2 or 3 times they STILL got it wrong because after an hour of waiting i called & had to explain what was happening to 4 different people. When asked if I would still have to pay the full amount, he discounted me $1. No apology. They tried to make it seem like i pronounced my own street name wrong. After an hour & a half the pizza finally came. With an attitude. Barely warm. A mumbled apology. Avoid this location!
Fantastic Pizza, Apathetic Employees. The best Pizza in town makes up for hit or miss disgruntled employees working the register and phone. If you call in a take out order, get ready to feel as if your disrupting someones day and being an inconvenience to there routine. Sketchy craftsmanship if you take a look at the ceiling upon entering, I understand you have to renovate here or there but put some pride behind your workmanship. Stained sagging ceiling tiles, half hazard junction boxes all things that would take a couple hours to fix. May be looking into it to much but all things listed above if corrected would make for a more enjoyable experience.
Me-n-Eds makes the most delicious pizza around. Made to order, maybe a little long to prepare but worth the wait. Call for pick up is the fastest and easiest. Fat retards that like to sit home and order pizza should probably stick to hungry howies grease pies.
Worst Delivery Service Ever. Twice we have ordered Pizza delivered and it did not ever arrive. The manager on the phone would promise he would have a delivery to our home and still no delivery. We suspect that the manager and staff are constantly turning over and care little for the quality of service. DON’T ORDER IF YOU WANT TO GET IT THE SAME DAY OR NIGHT!
