The Very Best !!!. New City is the best place in Fresno for Mandarin and Dim Sum Cuisine. I actually eat here 5 times a week, it is that good. My favorite is the Peking Duck, cooked to perfection. The Ginger Lobster is also a favorite, as is the Steamed Striped Bass. I also enjoy the various kinds of soup they have, although my favorite is the Winter Melon Seafood Soup. Other favorites of mine are: Sizzling Beef, Curry Chicken, Orange Chicken, and of course the Pork Chow Mein with Bean Sprouts. The Staff at New City are top of the line, being very friendly and courteous, hard working, and willing to please. I highly recommend New City Dim Sum And Mandarin Cuisine to all lovers of Chinese food.
