Very Good Service. We always come here for Mexican Food. The servers are prompt, friendly, and professional. I didn’t have to wait long for the food either.
Best Restaurant. I have been coming here a lot- because its better than most of the restaurants in the area. Sam
Best Restaurant with Good Menu. Rosa Lindas is a favorite of ours. It is our go to restaurant when we have visitors. The menu is diverse and very good. The Clovis store is the best! Joanne & John
Bullard and West resturant. I recently moved from Kingsburg….I have been going to Rosa Lindas for some time now in Selma and loved the food there.I saw there is a Rosa Lindas not far from our house in Fresno and my whole family went there for dinner. The food was terrible….yuck….the Tamales which I loved in Selma were not the same…..the beans tasted old and dry! The ground beef tacos were so hot and dry….the meat tasted as if it were cooked in a pan earlier and then left to dry out and then reheated in a microwave for a long time and that was why they were dryed out and hot.Would I go there again? Heck no! But I would travel to Selma were the good food is.
Best Chips. I ordered 3 crispy corn tacos filled with carnitas and topped with lettuce and cheese. I didn’t go for the full-blown Selma Taco as I don’t care for beans and rice inside of my shell. Solid offering, but I prefer crispy carnitas rather than wet.The standout? The Chips. They brought me back to the old El Cid in Fresno. Cut into long strips, the chips were served warm and seasoned with chile powder. I was told Rosa Linda’s doesn’t use lard, which surprised me because the chips were so good.
