Great Food, Good price. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first ate at Samurai Sams but I was pleasantly surprised. I had in the back of my mind this was similar to the other chicken bowl places in town. I was wrong! Yes, you get rice bowls but they are totally different than what you traditionally get. They are much better.Right off the bat I was impressed with the choices you have on the menu. You choose your protein first (chicken, steak, salmon, or shrimp) and then you choose your carb (if you want it. You can have all vegetables). You can have white rice, brown rice, or noodles. You then choose your vegetables. All the vegatables are as fresh as can be and not overcooked either. I always get the Japanese mix but they have just brocolli or carrotts too. The meats are all prepared fresh and the steak is to die for. It is so tender it melts in your mouth and is full of flavor. The chicken is excellent too and not dried out like you typically get. I haven’t tried the salmon or the shrimp yet but I’m going to the next time I go. The best part is the choice of sauce. I always get the Spicy Teriyaki. They say it’s the most popular and I know why. Yumm.
