This was my first Peruvian restaurant, and I was curious to know what South American food looked like. I ordered their quinoa risotto which was garnished with a purple and white flower. They hardly have any options for vegetarians, unless you wish to eat just rice and French fried from their regular meat-items. I was hoping to see more Peruvian plantains and vegetables on their menu, but alas! Regardless, I loved the taste and how my food was plated up.The staff was courteous and this is a fine dining restaurant (not casual as the listing says). I quite liked the classy atmosphere of this place (not very common in Fresno). oindrilade.com
