Service. Hello, I am writing to you because I love the food from Hong Kong Express and I often go there with my family. I live in Torrance and I have gone to different Hong Kongs Express aroung Torrance, Gardena, and Carson. However, the Hong Kong Express located in Redondo Beach Blvd. with Normandie is something different from the rest. I went twice and I could compare the quality, quantity and service with all the others and it is inferior. The orange chicken does not have the same taste and they serve much less food than the other restaurants. I went yesterday and I had the impression that the food was the leftovers of the day before. It does not have the fresh taste of the others. My husband was dissappointed and said this is a lack of respect with the customers. I hope you take this into account. and go one of these days by coincidence and compare. They serve less food and the quantity is inferior. Thank you.
