Flavors of Belize. Mars Caribbean Restaurant, is a beautiful taste of life. Soon as you walk in the doors of the restaurant you smell Caribbean flavors in the air. The sound of drums beating in the music playing in the background takes you you on a vacation you don’t want to end. Then there’s the food. Lets start with their Homemade Tamales, Uniquely made with a chicken drumstick inside the Tamale (watch out for the bone) simply delicious. Their Rice and Beans are mouth watering and good to my tummy, Potato Salad, another one for the books (you will be coming back for the Potato Salad alone). Fish, Oxtails, Chicken you name it , it’s Delicious, Tasty and one of a kind. After finishing all that you step back out into the real world. No music playing,No drums beating in the background.
