Love this place!. I’ve been a customer since about 2010 when I worked in the area. The first time I went was to just check out the menu because Thai is my favorite type of food. I think they had not been open very long because there were not a lot of people so I was hesitant to order, but I did because everything looked so good. They did not disappoint. I had the tofu mixed vegetables, which is really easy to mess up since tofu on it’s own has such a bland taste. I was immediately hooked. I’ve been going back ever since. I have several friends who I’ve introduced to the restaurant and now they are regulars as well. Although I now live out of state, I am back in town frequently and I always make multiple trips to get my Angel Thai fix on each visit to LA. Angel Thai has set a precedence that other Thai restaurants seldom are able to match. Also I have to say, Selina, Fern and all the staff are awesome.
