This place is lively and fun with multiple televisions playing sporting events non-stop. Lots of booths and semi-low lighting at night. The very first BJ’s opened in 1978 in Santa Ana, CA.Server Erick is great at the Glendale location. He is upbeat, friendly, and offers great service. The multi-page menu is filled with dishes that will please just about anyone in your dining party. Beers are award winning, handcrafted in various varieties and sizes. They offer a tasting flight and Black and Tan. There are lagers, blondes, IPA’s, pale ale, stout and Hefeweizen. One of these goes great with a deep dish BJ’s pizza or burger. They offer healthier fare that are under 800 calories. Gluten-free, allergen sensitive, Braille and large print menus are also available.Be sure to save room for a chocolate chip; white chocolate macadamia nut; peanut butter or salted caramel pizookie with vanilla bean ice cream.
