Very good Lomo Saltado and Aji Chicken. First time trying this little storefront restaurant on San Fernando Rd. in Glendale. What a great lunch find!I split the Lomo Saltado and Aji de Gallina (shredded chicken in a great creme/cheese/alfredo-ish/curry flavorful sauce on potatoes + rice ). I asked the owner about the sauce, and it is a custom recipe they make right there.Be sure to try the green pesto-looking spread on the fresh baked bread… nice flavors and just a hint of spicy.Looking forward to going back there to try more of their dishes. Very reasonable and quick lunch service.
