The service is nice and friendly at this Asian run restaurant. I stopped in for lunch with two other people and we sat near the back in a big booth. After ordering we each received a small bowl of vegetable soup. It was fine and hot, but nothing special. I ordered a vegetable tofu stew that arrived with an egg. Since the pot was sizzling, our server told me to crack the egg into the stew. It didn’t seem to cook as long as I wished It would have cooked. I also got a side of chicken teriyaki. It was cooked perfectly. There were six side dishes that included a boiled cube potatoes, beans sprouts, kimchi, and sauted greens.Others at my table selected lunch boxes Bento-style filled with salad, thick battered tempura, (instead of the more desirable lighter Japanese style), rice, a bean sprout salad, dipping sauce and a grilled too long, dry piece of salmon. The food is adequate, yet I wouldn’t rush back. dineandtravel.wordpress.com
Great Korean food. I love the hot stone Bipmbap. Even though it’s called I Love Tofu, it’s not vegetarian. But you can ask for no meat on many items, especially the bipmbap. You get 6 sides with almost everything. I love the potato salad!
