oh what a sensory experience this was! the business of food is fast expanding beyond palate and tongue, and this place is proof. the theatre of having just two slots for dinner, the locking of the main door once the clients are seated, the little ‘talk’ before service – they all contribute to one hell of a meal. other reviewers have waxed eloquent enough about the food already. i’ll just say that this place pays a great deal of respect to produce – and thats a food philosophy i shall always subscribe to.
