TASTY……….NOT!!!!!!. The food at Mambos was nothing to write home about. The rice was a nasty chinese tasting white rice, the black beans had no flavor what so ever….and both the rice and beans were cold, not warm, COLD. The pork was dry, dry, dry, and had no flavor. They ran out of fries, so the waiter said he would replace them with beans, that was cool, but he never came back with them, when I brought it to the owners son attention, he acted like he could care less, and literally walked away with no apologies. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Oh! and the cuban sandwich was not even toasted. Guy Fieri was wrong this time!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no waiting area except for the bar and it’s a little cramped. I’ve been going there off and on since it opened and I’ve noticed on Thursdays special the pork portions have shrunk but over all a good place to eat.
