I would give this place a 0 Review if possible. I decided to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. When I looked around, I decided to do it at Old Gyumri which I extremely regret.THE STAFF THAT WORKS HERE ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS. Not only did they negligently charged me for items that I not order (and did not deliver), but also they overcharged me on the prices. In addition, since they saw that we were not sober, they intentionally did not provide me a receipt (that is handwritten) until the next day when I requested it. When I received the receipt, I uncovered that they overcharged us by nearly $100. Furthermore, when the two lady waitresses that served me, I requested to speak to the Manager or Owner and they stated they were unavailable (typical lie). This is very unacceptable unethical practices and shame on you guys. I have already notified my family, friends and colleagues to STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING FRAUDULENT PLACE. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!
