Horrible!!!. Honestly the worst pastry shop I have ever been to! If you are in Glendale, stay away from this place! There are a bunch of other better places. Besides, I read in the Los Angeles Times they used to do shady things upstairs. Besides their lack of modernization, you will get absolute no service. trust me and avoid!
