Loving the crust, since a looooovvveee thin crust pizza, great concept, you would not have a bad meal since you choose the flavors the way you wanted it. The weird part is i put some blue cheese on my pizza, which obviously is not a great choice. Oh yeah before I forgot, pineapple taste damn good on pizza.
This Project Pie location hasn’t been open for very long but I’m already becoming a loyal fan. The build your own concept is great because you can really personalize your pizza and just decide what you’re in the mood for, instead of having a limited amount of menu options to choose from. The veggies are very fresh, the service is great, and it’s kind of fun to watch your pizza cook in the brick oven.
