I have been lucky enough to eat some really great South Philly Italian food. This place did nothing to satisfy my cravings for good spaghetti and meatballs. Was fooled by the high % rating. Like Ragu on overlooked pasta.
Top Notch Sandwiches. Meatball and italian subs are the best and the best value around, even better than Mario’s. Pizza, not terrible, not impressive. Rather pillowy, not generous with toppings.Never had an entree.Better than 2 Guys by far.
This place was very good a few years back but has seem to lost its touch. It has decent food still but not my top pick anymore
Osso buco is the best I ever had.
Very homey atmosphere! Lasagna is great (if you like your lasagna with more meat & flavor instead of just pasta, this is the place for you!).
Great Italian food, the owners are really nice and the service is good. I love the lasagna and chicken parmigiana.
